Mathewson Chronicle “Where are the boys?” “Hmmm?” Trevor murmured absently, shooting another nervous glance over his shoulder. “The boys?” she asked, shifting another quick glance over her shoulder, still wondering where Jason had snuck off to so fast and if she should be concerned. She nibbled on her bottom lip as apprehension coiled in her stomach, but just as quickly she shrugged it off. It would be one thing if Jason had disappeared without a word at a restaurant, but they were at a grocery store. There wasn’t →

Fun Updates
I’ve got some news. I am hoping to start up the Chronicles next Sunday 🙂 I will of course go back to the grocery store and take off where the guys left off, this time from Jason’s perspective. In other news, the fifth Neighbor from Hell Novel, The Game Plan, is anticipated for December 27, 2014. It should be up for pre-sale within a week or two. Tall, Silent and Lethal is going to be released this Halloween with the hopes that it will entertain some of you ladies while you are stuck on candy duty 😉 The How to Write and Publish Book will →
Updates, News and Recaps
2013 is about to come to an end. It’s been a busy and very interesting year. I count myself very fortunate to have met many of you over the past year and hope to meet many more of you in the coming year. This past year saw the arrival of the first book in the Cursed Heart Series as well as the fourth book in The Neighbor From Hell series, which was about how it all started for the Bradford men. They were both really fun books to write even though at times I thought they were going to knock me on my butt. Currently I am working on the 4th book for the Pyte/Sentinel Series, which I will admit →
The good, the bad and the ugly about Self-Publishing
When I first started writing back in 2009 I never even heard of self-publishing. I was all set and terrified to take my chances with a traditional publishing house, leaving my fate to someone that I had never met who would decide whether or not my books were “In” at the moment. By the time that I was ready to start making inquiries into getting published I got scared, really scared. I found a hundred and one reasons not to even try so I didn’t. Instead I put my finished manuscript aside and started working on another book all while researching ways to get my books published without the added stress. It was during one of my searches that I →
Advice on self-publishing
To those of you who are not writers and received this anyways, my apologies. I’m writing this post to writers that are trying to get their books out there. I receive a decent amount of emails from writers every week, asking for advice, tips, reviews, etc. I try my best to help them as best I can. They’re hard working, eager and nervous and looking for ways to get into the industry. Unfortunately, some of them get desperate and do things that they shouldn’t. I’m posting a list here of things that you might help you avoid problems later on. I hope these help. If I missed anything, please let me know 🙂 If you’re a reader and would like →
Interested in Publishing a book?
Over the past year I’ve received a great deal of email from aspiring writers asking for advice on publishing. They’ve asked about the pros and cons of going the traditional route as well as inquired about self-publishing. While I’ve tried to take the time to answer their questions and help guide them in the right direction, I’m afraid that it’s not enough. I wish that I could do more to help you. At some point when I master this industry and have some time I plan on writing an e-book to help those of you who would like help, but that will not be happening for a very long time. I didn’t feel right about not at least trying to →
